Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep it working, and understand how it's used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and analytics pixels; we refer to all of them here as “cookies.”
02 · The cookies we use
We group cookies into two categories. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site targeting cookies.
Strictly necessary
Required for the Site to function — loading pages securely, handling form submissions, and remembering your cookie choices. These can't be switched off through our banner.
Analytics / performance
Help us understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics (GA4). Where required by law, these are set only after you consent.

03 · Analytics, in detail
Google Analytics (GA4) measures Site usage on our behalf; it may collect your IP address (typically truncated), device and browser details, and the pages you view. Google processes this data as our service provider. You can read more in Google's own privacy and cookie documentation.
04 · Embedded third-party services
Some pages rely on third-party services that may set their own cookies or receive your IP address when content loads — for example, our Google Calendar booking page, assets served from Google Cloud Storage, and Google Fonts. These are governed by those providers' policies.
05 · Your choices
We detect your approximate country from your IP address — on our server, not from your browser settings or timezone — to decide whether a consent banner is required, for example for visitors in the EEA and UK. Where it applies, analytics cookies are not set until you accept, and you can change your choice at any time through the banner. You can also:
- manage or delete cookies in your browser settings;
- install Google's opt-out tools to prevent Google Analytics tracking.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site from working.
